The Coral and Cottage home series start at less than $200K and feature home plans like the 1,434 square feet, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and two-car garage Crystal Sand. The nature preserve at the Grand Palm takes up one-third of the community’s acreage. Residents will soon be able to enjoy full access to a 39-acre lake and travel by canoe to an eight-acre island.
