I have searched homes for sale in the past and I have never seen One Story Homes as a specific option to search for, until now. I have worked with our IDX (Internet Data Exchange) provider’s programmer to get specific searches for our potential buyers. They provide the technology, but I take it a step forward and implement it into our site. In the last few weeks I have made it easy to search for adult communities (55+), historic homes, multiple car garage (3+) homes, waterfront homes and more. I have other ideas for the future, but until then this specifically is a preconfigured search for Homes for Sale in Manatee and Sarasota County that are One Story Homes.
I grew up in a home in Ohio where you had a decision every time you entered the front door and that was am I going upstairs or downstairs. They call these homes a split level. In Florida we do not have the option of a basement so it’s either a one story home or build up. A second story can provide possibly more space and a great view. Some homeowners prefer a one story home and it is an important preference as location may be to another buyer. Figuring out where exactly you want to live in Manatee and Sarasota County is hard enough and I wanted to make this particular option easy.
