About the Keller Williams Lakewood Ranch Office:
I have worked in many small offices during my business career and I can honestly say this office is like no other. I will tell you about my office first and then will explain the Keller Williams philosophy. The Keller Williams Office that I work out of is located in Sarasota just within the Lakewood Ranch Community in the John Cannon building. We have been there since December 2008. Where we are located is a prime area because we are pretty much on the border of Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Because I live and work in this region I feel that Sarasota and Bradenton are one big city! Since we are centrally located it is not hard for my clients to meet me.
It starts with the incredible people I work with…There is a team of three wonderful women that run the daily operations of the office. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help the agents here. Brandon Kekich is the team leader, from Detroit Michigan, with over 20 years of real estate experience. He is responsible for offering training for newer agents and also has training and consultation for experienced agents to help them achieve their desired production level. Brandon is our cheerleader and is without a doubt the best person for the job! Our office also has an amazing Broker that we work under. Paul Cornuke has been in the business since 1979 and has too many credentials and awards to mention. He knows how to run and operate his brokerage and has an unbelievable attitude. With an open door policy he welcomes us all!
The Keller Williams Lakewood Ranch Office is.....
The Keller Williams Lakewood Ranch office is like one big happy family. We not only work together and train together but we also have FUN together! We have hosted charity events recently for Manatee Glens and had a car wash and a bowling event for two deserving children with certain needs. We have office parties at Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick’s Day. We go to baseball games and meet out here and there.

He recently invited Steve Tufts who is an owner of several KW offices out of Jacksonville, Daytona, and other offices on the east coast of Florida. He discussed how to develop and increase your market share and how to develop your skill set to convert your target market into closed transactions.
