For more than four decades, national home builder D.R. Horton has been developing choice gated communities featuring elegant homes and great amenities. Evergreen is part of the Express collection of homes launched by D.R. Horton a few years ago; these properties can be built fairly quickly, which means that you will not have to wait too long to move in after signing a purchase agreement. If you are looking for a quick move-in with greater potential of value appreciation, you should consider completed models such as the four-bedroom Elston, which was finished over the summer in 2020.

The Elston offers 2,260 square feet of living space, 2.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage plus a second-story loft. The covered patio area is large enough to accommodate a summer kitchen and an outdoor dining set. As with the other five Evergreen models, the Elston comes with extras such as granite countertops, blinds, luxury home appliances, and the Home is Connected smart automation system. This model was priced at $303K in November 2020.

The more modest floor plans at Evergreen start under $240K for a two-bedroom home, but these are pre-construction introductory prices. Strong value appreciation is expected in 2021, which is why you should try to sign a contract on one of the 279 properties before prices inevitably increase.

Horton communities in Southwest Florida, Evergreen will offer residents and their guests the opportunity to lounge in a heated swimming pool attached to a clubhouse that includes a catering kitchen plus a meeting space. Just beyond the gates of Evergreen, you will find Bradenton attractions such as Pirate City, the spring training home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the prestigious River Run Golf Club. Nearby supermarkets include Publix, Acapulco, and Los Laureles for Latin American groceries. You will only have to drive about 25 minutes to spend the day at Holmes Beach.
