Right now you wont find a better community/location/price combination in Manatee county. Second Bayshore is a well managed community very close to great shopping (and not too far from the beaches), the fees are some of the lowest around and the price is the best in the county today. There is new carpet in the bedroom and living room, the bathroom has been upgraded from the original and the enclosed lanai has a wooded view. Ceramic tile runs between the kitchen and dining room and there is a small storage unit on the walkway. Washer/dryers are allowed to be installed but for now the closest will be the community laundry facility in the courtyard along with the pool, shuffelboard and clubhouse.
