Hi all! I would be thrilled in you added your favorite restaurants in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Bradenton below in the comments area. As a realtor I feel it is important to know as much of the area I represent as possible. I have been here 4 years so it is impossible for me to have tried every restaurant in town. My favorites are….
In Lakewood Ranch we love Ed’s Tavern, MacAllisters Grill & Tavern (Scottish), Acapulco (Mexican), Michelangelo’s (the best pizza around), LeRoy Selmon’s (great BBQ), Sunny Wok (Chinese), Five Guys (Burgers & Fries) .
In Sarasota we love Two Seniorita’s (Mexican), Pincher’s (Seafood), El Greco (Greek), and
The Oaks (BBQ).
In Bradenton we love D’Aritino’s (Pizza), Mr. Tequila’s ( Mexican).
We tried Casa Di Pizza recently which is in both Sarasota and Bradenton and it was pretty outstanding. They are from Buffalo, NY and also have a location off of St Rt 64 in Bradenton. They really remind us of our favorite pizza place in Indian Harbour Beach, FL which is Pappagallo’s.
In Siesta Key check out The Daiquiri Deck and Blu Smoke Island Grill (BBQ). The Blu Smoke Island Grill is just fantastic food and atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night sat outside and enjoyed a reggae band the restaurant provided as entertainment. The tables are lit up from underneath and the lighting on the table top reminds you of a volcano light. Very neat! The food is BBQ, Seafood, Steaks….again just incredible food and atmosphere. Sitting outside and listening to the band really made us feel like we were the one’s on vacation!
In Lido Key/St. Armands Circle check out the Columbia Restaurant, Cha Cha Coconuts and Lynches Pub & Grub.
