As an added convenience I have added a Map Search to my Manatee and Sarasota MLS (multiple listing service). It is a great tool for buyers to focus in on a particular area and see what is available. Simply click on any of the pages like “Sarasota FL Homes for Sale” or “Bradenton FL Homes for Sale” then click on “New Search” which is at the top left hand corner. This brings up a Map Search (set as default) allowing you to navigate through Manatee and Sarasota county. Your actually able to zoom in on the area your interested in. From there you will see the homes for sale in that particular area and you can get a quick summary by hovering your mouse over the home for sale. The property types are color coded a single family home for example is yellow and you can see the complete list on the bottom left underneath your Map Search. All the property features like price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities are still available to customize the search you’re interested in. Under “search type” at the top of the page you can go back to searching for homes where they are displayed as a list.
For my buyers and sellers out there who would like a free personalized market report of a specific area click here. This market report or “market snapshot” is an updated report that charts market activity showing the homes in your area, including such data as sold homes, properties for sale, inventory counts and even days-on-market. There are many ‘intangibles’ behind this data, such as whether homes were fixed up or not, special amenities and the like. I have the local market expertise to help you interpret this information fully.
