Trevesta in Palmetto : Spacious & Affordable Condos & Homes for Sale

Home buyers in search of new construction opportunities in Southwest Florida have a fresh option to consider.  Trevesta in Palmetto, a master-planned development in northeast Manatee County, recently announced its selection of home builders to start construction of more than a thousand residential units.

Trevesta is located in the northernmost section of Palmetto, not far from the I-275 extension that connects Southwest Florida with the Tampa Bay region via the Skyway Bridge; this strategic location makes it ideal for commuters who need to reach St. Petersburg, Bradenton or Sarasota.

D.R. Horton, Inland Homes and Pulte Homes will be in charge of making the Trevesta dream come to life in Palmetto.  About 800 of the homes in Trevesta will be single-family residences; the rest will be condominium units located with a mixed residential and commercial zone within the development.

Acclaimed builder Pulte Homes has announced its one and two-story floor plans for Trevesta: the Oasis, Tropic, Summerwood, and Seamist home models are inspired by the Mediterranean style with some modernist and Tuscany details.

Inland Homes will contribute four distinct floor plans that combine the Mediterranean style with some English manor details.  By virtue of being located in Palmetto, the homes at Trevesta are generous in terms of space; the coziest floor plan developed by Inland is the Sanibel, which features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a three-car garage built on more than 2,100 square feet of interior.

Pre-construction pricing at Trevesta in 2016 starts in the low $200K range.  Considering the space and the quality construction associated with the three home builders, home buyers should take action before property values increase in the next few months.

The main community amenities will be located along the pristine Lake Trevesta.  The three-acre recreation center will include a resort-style swimming pool, playgrounds, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, and even a splash area for children.

Easy access to I-75 means that Trevesta residents will be able to drive to nearby Ellenton in minutes.  Bradenton and the beaches are about 30 and 35 minutes away.
