All these properties are set to dramatically increase in terms of value over the next few months as the aforementioned Benderson project is developed.

Siesta Key Beach is less than two miles away from Pine Shores Estates, and there are a few nearby attractions that are perfect for families and nature lovers. Both Phillippi Estate Park and the Red Bug Slough Preserve are less than 10 minutes away.
