Baytown Square is being developed by national home builder D.R. Horton. The homes of Baytown Square have nice upgrades such as foyers, breakfast nooks, covered lanais, granite counter tops, cathedral ceilings, premium appliances, and more. As of March 2017, pricing starts at $240K and is expected to appreciate very quickly due to the quality construction and the prime location.
