Early 2018 pricing for Crooked Creek ranges between $160K to $260K. Only a few units come on the market at any given time, and they tend to sell very fast. The neighborhood’s convenient location near Proctor Road means that residents have easy access to supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Driving to the Siesta Key beaches is a straight shot west on Proctor Road until you reach the Tamiami Trail and decide between going south to Stickney Point Road or north to Siesta Drive; either way, you will be at the beach in about 20 minutes.
